Processing Time

At SuleStudios, all orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched.

If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, we’ll notify you promptly by email.

Domestic Shipping (UK & Wales)

We currently offer domestic shipping throughout the United Kingdom and Wales.
All domestic orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and Royal Mail delivery schedules.

International Shipping

We’re pleased to offer international shipping to select countries worldwide.
International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days

  • Express International Shipping: 3–7 business days

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by your country’s customs office. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping costs.
SuleStudios is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
From time to time, SuleStudios may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website and social media.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages

SuleStudios is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel at Sulestudios@outlook.com, including:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged packaging and item(s)

We’ll liaise with royal mail to investigate and help resolve the issue or provide a suitable replacement where possible.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing checkout.
SuleStudios cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
